I'd say you've got most of the anatomy down, some areas better than others. I say you could work on your hand, specifiically his right, the one holding the clipboard. Just seems...a bit off.
As a side note, for some reason to me, it looks like a lot of your furry art looks like it's really 3D from the thumbnails, I honestly thought you were using a 3D program at first for some of these! Haha, that's not a bad/good thing, just something that sticks out to me about most of your art. Maybe it's the shadow work you do, which is *greatly* appreciated for work like this.
The one thing that actually does distract from the piece is the chair though, it's not entirely bad, but that's kind of what brings it down quality-wise for me. The legs look nice, shadowed, but the rest isn't. Most noticeably on the back of the chair.
A piece of advice I'm gonna give you is to work a bit on your tail action though, it doesn't seem as three dimensional as the rest of Dr Wolf, like a cardboard tail. I suggest maybe drawing something with multiple tails, or have a piece focused primarily on it. Perhaps a Kitsune whose tails are slowly transitioning between a fire-state and actual tail. like a gradual process from tail to tail.
The rest of the piece is quite nice, I especially love the ruffled look on his vest and tie.
