OK, I know what most of u are going to say: it's the worst Perfect Chaos ever made plus some details are missing
but it's not Perfect Chaos
I'm making some characters for my comic "INVASION OF CHAOS"
first I was thinking of Chaos, but it would be so boring to have the same character for a villain who was once already
anyway, he's his evil brother (Chaos was never realy evil)

what about Chaos shadow he shadow sonic and chaos put together(or a Blue shadow)
